Hi Maria,
I am not sure where you can find a complete description of hand signals.
I know for instance the hand signal that I learned with Destiny at GDF
include: right- take your right extend it out and with the palm facing
outward move it to the right. To go to the left- extend the right arm,
and sweep it across the body towards the left and the palm is also
facing left. Forward- have the right arm by your side and bring it up
extended so that it is parallel to the ground. Jenine feel free to
correct my description of the hand signals. But these are the basic ones.
