Hi, Sherry,
Have you tried leaving something on in the back round like a television or 
radio?
I never did that with Orleans, but was recommended to do it with Freedom 
David Berry and I still did it, even with Odie as it helpped keep him calm.
Just a suggestion and some thoughts.
