[nagdu] Preparing for training

Tracy, I think that is a good assessment. TSE sends out, or did, exercises to strengthen your calves and the like. I always thought if the boy scout was cute and open minded … well, now, I'm waaaay too old to act like that. Anyway, it was a little amusing.
