[nagdu] Dog distractions

The part-cloth collar Nicole speaks of is the martingale collar.
I've also had some success with the pinch collar for Ben. It also sits
higher up on his neck than his chain collar does. I don't really like it,
but, if he's really acting up, I'll put it on until he gets the message he
has to behave. I used to have to use it quite a bit, but now he pretty
much has the idea. Also, with the high collar, Ben learned very fast what
was going to happen and would straighten up as soon as I started to pull
his collar up. He also nearly ducked out of his collar a couple times, so
one has to be careful. His chain collar doesn't really fit him well.
He's between sizes, and too big is better than too small, but it means the
collar is more on the muscular top of his shoulders, and corrections are
not so effective.
