[nagdu] Southwest Airlines

The real point of my writing about Southwest was that, in spite of the fact that many of us never have problems with a given airlines, they still exist. I had flown four flights with Southwest before I ever had this problem, and should I fly Southwest again, maybe I won't have the same problem again. That airline and many others are inconsistent about this kind of thing; you never know when this might happen.
