Hi Doug, below is a website and a contact number for these slip on anti slip
footwear. These are easy to slip on and you can walk into stores get into a
car, bus ect. The pins (about 8 of them) only stick out a 1/16 of an inch.
I like these because when most of the ice and snow melts, it will protect
you without causing you to fall like the Yacht tracks will. You can talk
with Nolan, the sales rep and he will help you... They also have the Yacht
tracks and others.
Now, what are those you mentioned? I have never heard of them. Andy and
Shubert.

Hey Andy, good point. I'd intended on getting the studs forever but somehow
never got to it; hey, the roof don't leak when it ain't rainin'.
Even if you are unstudded, might I suggest not wearing most shoes in winter;
they can actually be dangerous since the rubber hardens at low temperatures.
Most winter boots have soles of a composition allowing them to remain softer
and more pliant in extreme cold.
Doug: Written with sole!
