[nagdu] When is the Connection Too Much?

I agree that proper dog socialization is important, but, sometimes, there is 
nothing that an owner can do about the dog's behavior. Some dogs just don't 
get along with other dogs, so, when someone tells you that, you should be 
grateful for the warning. That being said, if an owner does say such, it is 
the owner who should have to move and keep farther from you and your guide 
instead of you and your guide keeping farther from them.
