Mark,
    Generally, the student disability services is under the dean of Student 
Affairs. One tactic may be to ask the ODS director who his or her direct 
supervisor would be. Just asking that questions may be enough to stop the 
harrassment. The other tactic may be to get in touch with the school's ADA 
Coordinator to inquire what that person feels would be a reasonable 
"modification of policies, practices, or procedures". Using that terminology 
demonstrates that you either have a little knowledge of your ADA rights or, 
at least, have some guidance from someone who does. Also, remind the ADA 
Coordinator that harassment in is prohibited discrmination under the Act.
