Hi Laurel,

I'm glad you had a good time at convention. As for the person with the cane
they should of been more careful and paying attention and they shouldn't
have ran their cane  in between your dogs legs and tried touching your dogs
stomach and    trying to make the dog back up or get away from them. They
shouldn't have ran into you in the first place if they know what their doing
with their cane and know their surroundings.  That is so wrong and
disrespectful in my opinion. I don't blame you for being upset with the cane
user doing what they did to your dog. I think cane users and dog handlers
need to be aware of their surroundings at all times and pay more attention
to what's around them when there's both cane users and dog users present in
a room. Did the person with the cane apologise to you? And if not, the cane
users need to take responsibility for their carelessness and actions. I sure
hope  that this doesn't happen to you or any other dog user again. Take cre.
