Hi, Bertha,
No matter which kind of canes my guides and I have come in contact with, the first and third weren't fond of them.
When it comes to my support cane, Odie does find with that.
He's been all right when I've had to pull out my folding cane to get us out of sticky situations, but only because I managed to make sure it stayed on the ground and rolled from side to side.
