[nagdu] re soul searching - Question

Bibi,
I teach at the Colorado school for the Deaf and The blind and we have never
had trouble with canes here. This is probably due to the fact that most kids
here don't use the telephone pole canes and they are taught good cane skills
where they don't swing them in a wide ark.

Are you in Denver or in one of the nearby cities. It would be great to meet
you. I don't have contact with any other handlers here in The Springs.

Hi, Bertha,
No matter which kind of canes my guides and I have come in contact with, the
first and third weren't fond of them.
When it comes to my support cane, Odie does find with that.
He's been all right when I've had to pull out my folding cane to get us out
of sticky situations, but only because I managed to make sure it stayed on
the ground and rolled from side to side.
Bibi
