[nagdu] bad handlers

I guess my point is that we are all different, we do what is right for each situation, and what works for someone may not work for the next person. 
If people ask to pet my dog and I'm not doing anything, I may say yes.  If a blind or Deafblind client wants to touch my dog to check out her equipment or to get an understanding of how a dog can guide a person I will let them.  I think it's a very personal choice because every dog is different.
