[nagdu] Ownership of guide dog

Hi Rhonda.
I agree.  It's part of why I got my dog from TSE.  I was proud to hand
over my check and know I owned my beautiful Benny.  I think it meant more
to me than GDB's big graduation ever did, somehow.
