Ugh Cindy, how unpleasant for you!
I've encountered similarly officious people on Northwest on occasion.
And I find it disturbing that passengers are not supposed to argue with
crew, even when crew is in fact acting illegally.  Air travel anymore is
all about intimidation, seems to me.
