[nagdu] O&M services with a dog

Yes as of recent since living in sw pa, my O&M actually worked at TSE with the dogs. So in other words she knows how the dogs work, what landmarks to point out, and all of those things a good mobility person should know. there are state agencies that require there o&m person to go to seminars at guide dog schools. 

Sorry not everyone has had this same experience.
