[nagdu] Note from Moderator was Staff cuts at guide dog schools

I am wondering if it matters if the school's staff is being cut. You are looking for a school that offers the training you would like to have. Staff cuts don't mean that they are suddenly unable to provide that training, nor does the fact that they aren't cutting mean that their training will be quality. I might be concerned if they were filing for bankruptcy though, because then I might be concerned that they weren't viable for the long term more than I would if they are reorganizing, thus needing to cut some of their staff.
