why should a business owner take class just because you say so and you
wanted that way. How many guide dogs are there any way in the country. If we
want to be treated like rest of public then don't ask for amy more laws and
don't put more cost on business owners we have emough taxes in this country

They don't seem to do well with the ADA and access issues, I suspect they'd
just ignore any classes they were required to take.
It's mind-boggling how a business owner can understand health codes and tax
codes and fail to understand access issues.

Is there some way that business owners could be required to take some kind
of course about service dogs? Also, I think that some of the language in the
laws is too vague and leaves too much room for interpretation and deliberate
misuse. Terms, such as excessive barking, need to be defined better and
possibly accompanied by examples.
