[nagdu] Purchasing a Toileting Harness

When my old dog was using the toiletting harness, I just used plastic
grocery bags, of which we have a plentiful supply. We get 2 types, and I
think I used the somewhat smaller ones, sometimes cutting the side an inch
or two to give more space within the handles and make it fit better.
Echo did sometimes pee in it, and it actually wasn't too messy, if I was
careful removing it. But she was a girl, and a guy might be quite different.
