[nagdu] Off leash recall

I've found that it works sometimes. If the dog is busy goofing off, its much
harder to get them. I have played with Holly outside. I do it only when I
have my kids to help field the dogs. Holly will usually come but when a
squirrel or another dog are involved, well, she will when she is finished!
