If that dog was not under control, then the restaurant did have a
right to tell her to get the dog under control. And making a dog
behave is part of having a service dog, whether it be for guiding
or some other purpose. I know it's not always easy-just today
leaving a Perkins, Neena was very distracted and did not want to
follow my commands. I of course did prevail. (Grin). But I
couldn't just let her wander around and sniff people which is
what she wanted to do. So if the situation was that that dog was
not under control, then in my ever so humble opinion, Chili's was
correct in their action. Methinks there are other issues here.
