[nagdu] living in dorms with a dog

When I lived in a dorm, many moons ago, we had a suite--2 bedrooms and a 
living room.  Having a roommate was not a problem in that situation.  I 
don't remember if I did, but it would have been easy to keep the dog on 
leash in the shared spaces.
