Well, my only excuse is that it's Friday night!
I neglected to say that the meeting will take place this Sunday, Feb. 23,
at 8pm Eastern Time. I promise that next month it won't take me two emails
to announce the meeting! (smile)

the National Association of Guide Dog Users may make and vote on motions.
Guests will have opportunities to offer input during the meeting.
