Daryl~
I love to hike! That's part of the reason I moved back to my childhood home
near the Joshua Tree National Monument. I can't wait to take Tucker out on
some trails. I think as long as we practice safe guiding, do a little at a
time and most importantly, go with qualified others (blind r sighted) I
think we will be just fine.
I hope you and your family have fun in Montana!
Karl and Tucker, who is not going to like rappelling...

Subject: [nagdu] Going hiking?
hi!
I have always enjoyed nature, but have been hesitant to go hiking with a
cane. In a couple of months, my husband, my dog and I are going to be going
to Montana for a few days just to relax. There's a lot of trails around
where we're staying, so I would LOVE to be able to take Jenny and just go!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated; perhaps I just don't know what to
ask.
Daryl
