Thank you everyone for your detailed replies.  I really like the 
diversity in responses, gives me a lot to think about.
Nicole: Yes, she has a soft crate which she absolutely loves.  I 
also have travel bowls for her as well.  She is trained not to 
take food from people's hands and to only eat from her bowl when 
given the command to do so.  We're still working on her not 
eating from the floor though, (it's her weakness).
Minh: Thank you for the Nature's Miracle and tray suggestion.
Raven: Wow yeah, that situation would have ticked me off.  I know 
that going into people's rooms is something that I'll definitely 
have to work on with her.  She's a very curious girl and loves to 
visit, when she's not in her harness.
