[nagdu] An airline question

I always fly on Southwest airlines which has open seating I pre-board and take the window seat in the front row with the bulkhead space because I do have a large dog. Because there is open seating I know that the person that sits near me has chosen that seat and therefore does not mind having my dog nearby. I find people that sit near me do so because they love dogs and we usually start a conversation about my dog and usually their dog to. The flight attendants are also very excepting and usually offer my dog water ice and a bag of crackers.

She had almost too much room and sprawled the whole way across the bulkhead. Thankfully, there was more than enough leg room for me and my seatmates, but Jenny herself was almost too far away for me to have easy access.

I am a small woman and my dog is a small dog; flying from Edmonton to Denver, I had sufficient leg room even as Jenny shared space under the seat ahead of me with my carry-on backpack.
