[nagdu] new law in CT?

I did the same thing.  As I read the bill, a medical professional would
have to recommend a service animal for insurance to pay for it.  I wonder
if the schools in Connecticut that train service animals are pushing for
this legislation.  Very interesting and worth watching.  I don't think it
is in the best interest of dog handlers because many of the services the
schools now provide could be in jeopardy.
