[nagdu] Teaching a dog to shake itself off when wet.

I practice this after giving my boy a bath. I’ll dry him a little and then say “shake it off” right before or as he starts to shake. Then I rub him down a little more and repeat. I then of course use this same command before we come inside from the rain. He is starting to get it.

I’m curious how you keep your dog from shaking in a restaurant, Vivianna. This is something I would love to work on with my dog. Is there something you actually did to work on this or did teaching your dog to shake off at certain times help her to not shake at others?

Thanks,
Greg
