[nagdu] OT: ITunes converter?

Hi,

I apologize if this is really offtopic, but I am at the end of my rope here.

I recently purchased a video from ITunes and would simply like the Audio from the video as an MP3 format, both for portability and space constraints.  I have searched everywhere that I can think of for a converter, but I am concerned about viruses and am unwilling to spend $50 for a program that might or might not work or be accessible for a $3 movie.
Can someone offer suggestions offlist?
