[nagdu] guide dog and parents issue

The long line is a good option for those who don't have fenced in
areas and are not comfortable with letting their dogs run off-leash.
You can get fifty-foot long lines, and there might be longer ones.
Check out what's available at a pet store, superstore, or even Amazon.
