[nagdu] Owner trainer resources

There are a lot of owner trainer groups on Facebook.  I haven't found one 
specific to guide dogs though.  They all have a ton of rules, a load of 
people who don't know what they are doing and it's a big headache all the 
way around.

I can add you to the group Buddy created for me.  We don't have much in the 
way of rules and I've forgotten what they were.  There's not a ton of people 
and you won't get nonsense like where to get an ID.

IOTA is still around, but to join is, IMO, a bit too bureaucratic. Join this 
one instead, or in addition. Low traffic. Despite the address, it's Julie 
J.'s playground, I'm just providing space.

I've heard there's an owner trainer group on Facebook as well, but I can't
