[nagdu] Leader dog and NAC Accreditation

Hi Raven, NAC's standards of accreditation are not up to par, and 
there are other routes that LDB could have taken for their 
Accelerated OandM and their summer camp experience to be 
accredited by.  The fact is that all of their programs fall under 
the umbrella of Leader Dogs, so rightly or wrongly, Leader is 
getting tarred with the NAC brush.  I wish that LDB had looked at 
their own history, seen the letter written to NAC before, and 
perhaps gone another route for accandeditation.  Nobody in NFB is 
anti-accreditation, just wanting standards that really mean
