Hi Christina, this is not what I want, I hope it never comes to 
this, but I'm guessing that some sort of identity eventually will 
be required.  This will not be a problem for those of us who have 
dogs from schools, but I do not know what kind of identification 
owner trained dogs will have to get.  As I said, don't all jump 
all over me, I'm saying that I foresee this happening at some 
point, whether we like it or not.  When it happens, I think we 
have to be the ones who come up with how this will happen.  
Nothing about us without us.  I hope I'm wrong, but I'm guessing
