[nagdu] When It's Time to Research Successor's Schools?

Hi all,

I've maybe a dumb question, but I think that it's best to raise it sooner than later. Hera is my first guide dog and she's becoming 6 years old now in October. I know already that my successor dog won't come from the Swedish Association of the Visually Impaired's Guide Dog Department since I'm unhappy with them. The only way to get a guide dog in Sweden is through the association; I'm planning to move abroad, G-d willing, France or Canada, but I wonder when I'll start to research successor's schools? Do any of you have any experiences which you'd like to share with me? Hera is still a happy and healthy worker, but you never know what'll happen.
