[nagdu] Why, or why not?

Um, wow! I don’t have a lot of words for this response, other than it was overly harsh and judgmental.

People can choose to use canes or dogs, and it does not reflect on their competency as independent travelers. I, personally, do not do as well with a cane, but that doesn’t mean no one else does, and it certainly doesn’t mean I’m a better traveler than someone who uses a cane.
