[nagdu] Belly strap?

Daryl,
I went through this with the golden Guy. I decided it was best for the
belly strap to be too loose than too tight. I ended up poking an extra
hole in my harness to make the belly strap fit correctly, and to
prevent it from irritating his front legs.
Even if it's too loose, it will be temporary, as Jenny likely is not
done filling out yet.
