Yes, I walk her a little, stop, give her time to go every time before a route. We had her going on cement at the school, but I may switch her to grass or gravel.

Thank you for the suggestion. After posting here and having someone suggest
that I have started doing exactly that, walking around the block before poop
time. She still poops on route and I am at a loss.

harness.  My first dog used to do it too.  One suggestion is you might try
taking Fairest for a walk (like around the block or something, and then
relieve after that.  Maybe that would stimulate the poop and it would come
out at the right time.  It is an awful feeling when you're somewhere and
