Feeding the same foods might not cause allergies. But if someone or
their dog is experiencing allergies, it's definitely food-related,
even if it's environmental allergies. This is because consuming a diet
high in anti-inflammatory foods reduces the body's inflammatory
response, even to environmental stimuli, allowing the body to have a
higher tolerance to environmental irritants.

Also, allergies are not the only inflammatory conditions that are
linked to food. All disease and disorder is a result of inflammation
or nutrient imbalance. Whether it's diabetes, Alzheimer's, dementia,
cancer, allergies, liver disease, auto-immune conditions, bipolar
disorder, epilepsy, you name it. All of those diseases can be reversed
or mitigated with dietary and lifestyle changes. It's a bold claim,
but I make it because it's true. Food is medicinal. Many of the
chemicals that are the active ingredients in pills are derived from
foods.
