[NAGDU] Apartment Complex- Picking up poop

If that community has an ordinance that exempts guide dog users from
picking up, then I would say no. If not, then I think it's reasonable
to require a guide dog to be DNA tested along with pets because the
handler is just as responsible for picking up after the dog as any pet
owner. I would assume this is used so that if they find that someone
isn't picking up after their dog, they can easily identify the owner
and give whatever consequence they have for not following the
community's policy for cleaning up after your dog.

Unless you have an additional disability that compromises your ability
to balance or bend down, I don't see any reason why a guide dog user
can't do a good job of cleaning up most of the time.
