[NAGDU] Apartment Complex- Picking up poop

I’m sure someone has said this as I haven’t read through the responses yet but the testing is done to accurately determine which dog is leaving messes in most cases. 

Heck yes, I’d even pay for a test as we are usually the ones blamed for such messes.
