[NAGDU] Raw and travel

I tried raw with one dog for a few months, and never could find anything
that really agreed with her.  I had to give up the experiment, because the
chronic diarrhea was making her ill.
One thing I remember was an extra hassle was travelling and feeding raw. 
I had to buy some freeze-dried food for those occasions.
I'm curious how people who feed raw manage, say, staying at a hotel.
