Oh Tracy,
I hope the vet does figure out something and can provide a resolution.
If not, it might just be from stress.
It really sounds like a bladder or kidney issue. He's an adult now,
and he should be able to hold his water until he gets outside. If he
can't, there certainly is a health issue the vet is missing.
If you can, visiting a veterinary chiropractor is a viable option.
However, we all have our limits on what we are willing to deal with.
Urinating indoors is understandably very burdensome.
