[NAGDU] water in air ports

Personally, I don't give my dog any water for a while before we fly, nor
during the flight.  Water that goes in has to come out, and finding a
relief area inside security is not a sure thing.  If I had a really long
layover, I might consider it, but probably not even then.

I don't let my dog off leash in the indoor relief area.  If he does a #2,
I have to clean it up, and I can't do that if he's off leash and I don't
know where the deposit is.
