Hi David. This is not always true. There have been people who have not
been able to get passed this issue and so guide dogs have not been for
them. If someone is like this, it's a deal-breaker for them. I've seen
other deal-breakers when it comes to getting guide dogs. Picking up
after them, dog hair, and discrimination issues are amongst the top 3
that I have seen.
