[NAGDU] Eating grass/weeds in relief area

Hi,

 

I just realized that Alec is eating the tops of weeds and picking long
strands of grass to eat when I take him out to do his business. The grass is
mostly uncut and is located behind a dumpster where some cars tend to park
at the edge of the parking lot. This went unnoticed because he picks them
while sniffing around for a good spot to relieve. How do you minimize this
problem, or will it not bother him? The relief area is beyond my control and
I have no say in whether the grass gets cut and cleaned up. For the most
part, this area is an unused strip of land not used by humans.
