[NAGDU] Lyft

I can tell you from experience that Uber has way more issues still than Lyft does. Every denial I have had in 2018 was with Uber, and even though the driver should have been terminated, Uber did not do so. Lyft however, has been more responcive I think, and the one time I had an issue, Lyft took care of it immediately, and that particular driver was removed.

No, I don't think we are saying this at all. Most of the time drivers will discover we have dogs and will not take the call. That is the only way they could get away with it. If they take the drive and then, discovering you have a dog, they cancel, that they aren't to do. It would seem to me personally to be a problem that they have a secret profile that tells them we have a dog. I don't know what the ramifications to that would be. We'll have to see later on, but we are still involved with plotting how the settlement is going.

I just dug through my Lyft app and can’t find anything in mine, and I have definitely reported service animal issues to them in the past. It would be interesting to know, if you look in your app’s settings, if there is something about your dog in profile settings.
