[NAGDU] Invitation to Provide Input on our 2019 NAGDU seminar

Dear All,

The National Association Of Guide Dog Users invites you to be a part of
planning our 2019 seminar which will take place at the annual convention of
the National Federation of the Blind in Las Vegas, Nevada. This initial
seminar planning meeting will be held on Sunday, February 24 at 7:00 p.m.
Eastern (6 p.m. Central; 5 p.m. Mountain' &  4 p.m. Pacific), just prior to
the NAGDU board meeting
time. Please come with your ideas regarding how you would like to see this 
seminar take shape. We will meet in the NAGDU Zoom Room, which can be 
accessed by following the link https://zoom.us/j/8136262789 from your 
computer, smart phone, or tablet.

We hope to see you there.

	Also, plan on sticking around to join the NAGDU board of directors
meeting which will begin at 8:00 p.m. Eastern (7:00 p.m. Central; 6:00 p.m.
Mountain; & 5:00 p.m. Pacific). This meeting will also be held on the Zoom
platform and all the instructions for joining these meetings are below my
signature. We look forward to a lively, productive meeting as we live the
lives we want!

USING ZOOM

Although traditional conference call dialing is available, we recommend
using the free Zoom app for the best audio quality and functionality. The
app is easy to use and is available on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, and
Mac.

If you don't already have the app installed, you will be prompted to do so
when activating the below Zoom link. Installing the app ahead of time will
give you the opportunity to customize it to your preference.

ZOOM COMMANDS

The following are a few commands which can be used during the meeting based
on how you joined.

1. Telephone: *6 to mute or unmute. *9 to raise your hand.

2. Windows: ALT+A to mute or unmute. ALT+Y to raise your hand.

3. Mac: CMD+SHIFT+A to mute or unmute. OPTION+Y to raise your hand.

Other important conference Participant Instructions.

1.  Since this is a Board meeting, only members of the Board of Directors of
the National Association of Guide Dog Users may make and vote on motions.
Guests will have opportunities to offer input during the meeting.
2.      All participants will be required to identify themselves. Anonymous
callers may not enter the board room.
3.      This conference will be recorded. Participation in the conference
implies an agreement to and authorization for such recording in compliance
with state and federal laws.
