Tracy, please also go to ada.gov and file a complaint with the Department of Justice. We need our voices to keep being heard and although it doesn't help you with the missed appointment--how frustrating and humiliating--it will be a way to help us continue to show them this is a real pattern and practice of discrimination.

I just had 2 Uber drivers refuse to take me because of my dog, and I had to cancel the appointment I was going to.  Luckily it's not urgent. 

I reported the problem to the Uber safety line.  I'll go fill out the NFB survey, too.
