After you go through the complaint process with uber, please also send an email to Uber-feedback at nagdu.org<mailto:Uber-feedback at nagdu.org>  and report the complaint process. That email is not to Lodge the complaint itself, but merely the process of how your experience went with filing the complaint and their resolution to it.

I just had 2 Uber drivers refuse to take me because of my dog, and I
had to cancel the appointment I was going to.  Luckily it's not urgent.

I reported the problem to the Uber safety line.  I'll go fill out the
NFB survey, too.
