[NFB-Blind-Crafters] Ideas

Any time you record you must announce that it is being recorded and that 
if you choose speak on the recording you are giving consent to be 
recorded. This is a legal requirement and nothing to do with the 
information being sensitive. This was legally in flux and why NFB 
Krafters Division did not record classes.
