ii too agree that if there arent any attendees then the class should not be
taught. i also agree about the legalities in that everyone should be told
that the class is being recorded and if you dont want to be recorded then
you can choose to remain silent. participation in the class indicates your
consent to be recorded if you choose to speak.
as far as patterns go, if you dont attend the class but want to and then
download the recording i think you should be given the patterns if you
request them.
there are lots of reason why folks have conflicts in attending classes. the
recordings make it so you dont have to offer repeat classes and puts less
burden on instructors in the long run.
i think it would be great to try this concept.
